With award-winning talent for video production and clear vision for success, John Oliva oversees day-to-day operations with a focus on the big picture success of DCP clients. Prior to founding the company in 2003, John was fully engaged in cinematography, editing and production for television stations along the east coast, including nine years as a News and Feature Photographer and Editor/Producer for WLPG-TV in Miami. He’s also won numerous awards – Two Telly’s for Cinematography in 2020, multiple Suncoast Regional Emmys, National Press Photographers Association Award and the Associated Press’ Outstanding Video Award. With a passion for video and a team of sharp-eyed creative professionals working with him, John sees to it that every Digital Cut Productions project is a success.
